KEYNOTE SPEAKER
PERMISSION COACH
PODCASTER @ PERMISSION TO BE HUMAN
Andrea Enright
Checked all life’s boxes, but still feeling blah?
Afraid to quit the secure corporate job?
Starting to question everything?
You’re not alone. Mid-life meh is a thing.
Most of us were raised on:
--Hollywood (fairytales and forever are real!)
--Catholicism (whoever dies without getting divorced wins!)
--Capitalism (achieve more, buy more, you’ll feel better!)
So it’s no wonder we’re feeling lost.
But while many advise to look outside yourself for the answers, I promise you, they are within.
The Talk
Your Cage Opens from the Inside: Permission to R.I.S.E.
In this brave and pretty darn funny performance full of surprising storytelling, human behavioral science, painful personal growth, (plenty of dancing) and an impersonation of the voices in her head, Andrea Enright explains how a lifetime of weird, yet wise choices (Peace Corps at 30, Polyamory at 40, Moving to Costa Rica for at 45) have ultimately helped her choose herself, instead of waiting to be chosen.
And with a framework that focuses on feeling and being, instead of thinking and doing, she’ll inspire you to rediscover yourself, release cultural conditioning, confront your limiting fears and break out of your cage…..so you can find freedom.
Take Aways
--Permission to make BIG changes
--Strategies to build a relationship with yourself
--Skills for listening to your inner witch instead of your evil twin
--Tools to be brave in your relationships
--Wisdom about how to let go. Of a lot, yo.
--An understanding that your body holds the answers
